Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your furniture.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove delivery partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your home.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
